Terms and Conditions of Language Courses
1. Lessons
1.1. Lessons are held once a week and last 60 minutes.
1.2. Classes take place in small groups (with a limited amount of students).
1.3. Classes are held between the months of September and June.
1.4. During school holidays and festive periods, lessons may be paused. Students will be informed in advance about any scheduled breaks.
2. Payments
2.1. The course fee includes all lesson costs,learning materials and books.
2.2. Two payment options are available:
- Term payment (5 months in advance):
£190, payable twice a year, in September and February.
- Monthly Payment:
£45 per month from September to June (10 instalments in total).
2.3. Payments must be made via bank transfer or in cash by the 5th of each month (for monthly payments) or before the first lesson of the term (for term payments).
2.4. Failure to make a payment may result in suspension from classes.
3. Withdrawals and Refunds
3.1. Course withdrawal must be submitted in writing (via email or text message).
3.2. If you withdraw during the course, no refund will be issued for missed or remaining lessons.
3.3. In exceptional cases (e.g. serious illness), individual arrangements may be made, including partial refund of fees.
4. Absences
4.1. No refunds or make-up lessons are given for missed classes unless otherwise agreed on with our school.
4.2. When possible, the school may offer the option to attend a lesson with another group of a similar level.
5. Learning Materials
5.1. All necessary textbooks and materials are included in the course price.
5.2. Materials are the property of the student and can be kept after the course ends.
5. Final Provisions
6.1. The school reserves the right to make changes to the lesson schedule, location, or assigned teacher, with prior notice to students.
6.2. Enrolling in the course means that the participant accepts these terms and conditions.
